All Inclusive Cash Surgery Pricing
This pricing is not available to patients with a government payer plan (i.e. Medicare).
Surgery Fees
As an independent specialty surgery center, we are able to offer a unique all inclusive cash price option for ENT surgery. Cash pricing gives those with no insurance or anyone requesting not to use insurance a reasonably priced option for outpatient surgery. The procedures performed at our outpatient center are relatively short and straightforward with minimal recovery or travel restrictions.
Accurate, fair pricing for surgery in the United States is not easy to find. While hospitals and other surgery centers may discount facility fees for cash, the actual price remains high and does not include fees for the surgeon, anesthesiologist and any other services billed separately. Our center is unique in that the posted price is all-inclusive and guaranteed.
Patients with nongovernmental insurance coverage requesting to not have their insurance billed must complete a written request and pay the all-inclusive fee in full prior to the procedure date.

The listed price is a guaranteed package price, and is valid for 60 days after your consultation. Package fees cover:
- Office Consultation prior to surgery
- In-Office Testing
- Surgeons’ Fees
- Anesthesiologist Services
- Facility services and supplies
This fee does not include the rare possibility of an unexpected hospital transfer or admission for treatment of a surgical complication, nor does it include any outside laboratory testing. A consultation fee of $195 will be charged for the initial office visit and applied to the package price, unless the surgery is canceled for any reason.
Package price options do not apply for patients choosing to have services billed to their insurance.
Payment Policy
Payment for package priced procedures must be made in full at the time the surgery is performed. Patients may pay for services in cash, certified/bank check, credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover). Financing options are available thru CareCreditTM for those patients who qualify.
